This just in: I have not posted on my weblog for 20 days.
Just thought I'd let you know.
Because, I know you haven't noticed this yourselves. It's not as though anyone reads this anyways.

Which raises the question of why I'm making this announcement.

Stated differently, if someone visits my blog, they will already have noticed the absence of new material, and this post will be redundant. Conversely (or, rather, inversely), if someone does not visit my weblog on a regular basis, they will not have noticed my lack of posts, but, likewise, they will not have noticed this post informing them of my lapse.

Ponder that for a while. (and maybe I can get away with a few more days of this while you're busy pondering).

There has, however, been a link added during what will henceforth be referred to as The Nothing.
ILoveTorah.com is the best use of webspace I've seen in a while. It's hard to believe his site isn't better-known than it is. The author (Moshe Steinerman) has many essays, audio, and other inspirational material up there. It's worth a second and third look, in my opinion.
