According to Rav M. Bulbal, it is a chiyuv d'orayta (Scriptural obligation) to play this song on your computer at least once every 3 minutes for the next month. According to some, one may be yotzei (fullfill his obligation) with this song, but one shoul be machmir (stringent). A fringe opinion even says that one may be yotzei with this song, but all mainstream posekim (those who give (deliver, render) pesak (halachic (Jewish legal) opinions) ), such as the great Rabbi of our generation (dor), Rav M. Hufach, say that this is the opinion of someone who liked the song (this one (the one I linked to before) ) a little too much, and in reality, one may only be yotzei with that song (you should know which one by now) only on the day of Purim itself.
